As a loosely defined and continuously evolving role, the Product Designer at Lyearn welcomes smart, creative, generalist individuals that know and love the craft of building delightful and valuable products. ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with product managers to understand the requirements and approach ambiguous problems systematically, breaking their complexities down into manageable design initiatives.Do market study and perform competitor analysis to gather more insights about the market and the product.Take new ideas from concepts to implementation.Produce high-quality UX design solutions through flow diagrams, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes for both web and mobile.Collaborate and seek feedback from more seasoned members of the team to ensure adherence to Lyearn’s design principles.Review the design accuracy of the developed product.Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to final production.Manage and contribute to Lyearn’s Design System. QualificationsYou have 2+ years of experience.You have a genuine interest in solving problems in the field of Learning & Employee Productivity.You are comfortable with ambiguous problem statements and can effectively break them down into manageable goals based on research, data, and insights.You understand Gestalt principles and the fundamental hierarchy is clear. You strive for simplicity.You are proficient in using tools like Figma.You have a keen eye for design thinking and user empathy.You are highly collaborative and thrive in cross-functional teams.You are a good communicator.You are curious and an intelligent contributor who learns quickly and is highly adaptable.
