As we continue to redefine luxury tailoring through technology and exceptional client experiences, we're looking for an outstanding Luxury Style Consultant to become the face of our brand.
About the Role
This is not a conventional retail sales role.
As a Luxury Style Consultant, you'll deliver personalised styling consultations, build lasting relationships with premium clientele, and guide customers through every step of their bespoke journey, from selecting fabrics to final fittings.
You'll play a key role in shaping the in-store luxury experience while contributing directly to the growth of one of Mumbai's emerging bespoke menswear brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host clients with exceptional hospitality and professionalism.
- Conduct one-on-one luxury styling consultations.
- Understand each client's lifestyle, preferences, and wardrobe requirements.
- Recommend garments, fabrics, fits, and styling combinations.
- Guide clients through the bespoke tailoring process from consultation to delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain detailed client profiles and consultation notes within the CRM.
- Coordinate closely with tailoring, production, and management teams.
- Ensure every client receives a world-class luxury experience.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
