Role Description
We are seeking a Luxury Sales Maverick for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. In this role, the selected candidate will drive membership sales, develop relationships with potential and existing clients, and provide excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting product presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with the sales management team to achieve growth targets. The Luxury Sales Maverick will also play a key role in promoting the exclusive offerings of Ileseum Clubs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet targets
- Capability in Training activities to onboard and educate new clients or team members
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for luxury sales and delivering high-value client experiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a sales role within a luxury, fitness, or lifestyle industry is highly desirable
