Job Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for luxury and ultra-luxury properties.
  2. Build and manage long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
  3. Lead high-value negotiations and ensure seamless deal closures.
  4. Track luxury market trends, pricing and regulatory developments.
  5. Monitor sales pipeline, conversions and revenue performance (MIS reporting).
  6. Drive elite networking, broker engagement and business development initiatives.
  7. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets as per company standards.


Desired Profile:


  1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality sales or a related field is typically preferred.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Hospitality or luxury sales, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Knowledge of the industry: In-depth understanding of the sales, strategies and best practices.
  4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, negotiate contracts and collaborate with team members.
  5. Sales and negotiation skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  6. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data, sales performance and trends to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
  7. Customer service orientation: A focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  8. Technology proficiency: Familiarity with software, customer relationship management (CRM)systems, and other relevant tools to streamline sales processes.
