Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Residential Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will engage directly with clients and prospective buyers to represent and sell premium residential properties. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting market research, managing property viewings, creating detailed presentations, and negotiating purchase agreements. The role also entails staying informed about market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in Residential Property Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Skills in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Prospecting
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Client Engagement
- Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and understand luxury product offerings
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in luxury real estate sales is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and property market analytics is preferred
