Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive with a minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales — preferably in luxury/high-value residential properties in the Bengaluru market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client handling skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate landscape, and a demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through channel partners, referrals, networking, and site walk-ins
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Conduct site visits and deliver detailed presentations of luxury residential offerings to HNIs
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and stakeholders
• Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Coordinate with legal, CRM, and accounts teams for documentation and collections
• Provide market insights and competitor feedback to senior management
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3–4 years experience in real estate sales (luxury or high-value residential preferred)
• In-depth understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Independent, target-driven work ethic
• Good knowledge of RERA compliance and sales documentation
