Role OverviewAs a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will work closely with high-net-worth clients to advise them on premium land and estate investments.
Your role will involve understanding client vision, presenting curated opportunities, and guiding them through high-value transactions.
This role requires maturity, negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust with affluent clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory- Engage with HNI and UHNI clients interested in luxury estate investments
- Understand client aspirations such as farmhouse living, legacy estates, and portfolio diversification
- Present curated opportunities aligned with client vision
Luxury Sales Process- Manage the entire consultative sales cycle
- Conduct site visits and private walkthroughs
- Handle high-value negotiations and deal structuring
Relationship Building- Develop long-term relationships with investors, founders, business families, and global Indians
- Build a strong referral network among wealth circles
Market Intelligence- Track trends in luxury real estate, land appreciation, and emerging lifestyle markets
- Provide clients with strategic investment insights
Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for top-tier sales talent, not volume brokers.
You should have:
- 3–10 years experience in luxury real estate, wealth advisory, or high-ticket sales
- Strong understanding of HNI buyer psychology
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multi-crore transactions

- Strong network among entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals
