Role Description The Luxury & Premium Home Execution Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of high-end residential interior projects, ensuring that design intent, material quality, and workmanship meet luxury standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams; managing project schedules and budgets; monitoring on-site progress and quality; and resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track. The Execution Manager will conduct regular site visits, supervise installation and finishing work, and ensure that client specifications and safety guidelines are consistently followed. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates, and supporting a smooth, stress-free project experience.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills for interior execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Experience overseeing luxury or premium residential interiors, with knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Ability to supervise on-site teams, contractors, and vendors, and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and safety standards.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in reading design drawings and specifications; familiarity with basic interior design concepts and site measurements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in end-to-end execution of residential projects in the Greater Kolkata Area or similar markets is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site full time with flexibility for project demands.
