About La Maison Eterna
We are curators of permanence. La Maison Eterna is an Indian luxury home décor house crafting handmade pieces across jade, glass, bloom, and regal collections, designed not for the unboxing video, but for the sideboard ten years from now.
We do not follow trends. We follow the logic of beautiful, enduring things. We are now looking for a rare individual to help carry this voice into the world.
The Role
You will be embedded within our brand team, working across the full spectrum of how Eterna presents itself, from social content to client outreach, from event presence to visual storytelling.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that luxury marketing is not about noise, but about the precise calibration of presence.
What you will do:
◆ Manage and grow Eterna's social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, creating content that reflects our ethos of permanence and craft
◆ Research and initiate outreach to potential clients, interior designers, stylists, and tastemakers with personalised, brand-aligned correspondence
◆ Represent Eterna at curated events, trade shows, trunk shows, and brand experiences
◆ Assist in building and refining Eterna's overall brand image, from tone-of-voice guidelines to mood boards and campaign concepts
◆ Support the concierge and corporate gifting team with client communications and proposals
◆ Coordinate with photographers and stylists to develop editorial-quality visual assets
◆ Track social analytics and translate data into considered insights for brand strategy
◆ Identify partnership opportunities with luxury lifestyle media and cultural institutions
AI and the Modern Maison
At Eterna, AI is not a shortcut. It is an amplifier. We expect our marketing intern to be fluent in the intelligent use of AI tools across their daily workflow.
This includes:
◆ Content and Copywriting - Using tools like Claude or ChatGPT to draft captions, email sequences, and brand copy, then refining them to Eterna's exacting voice
◆ Visual Ideation - Leveraging tools like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly for mood boards and campaign concepts
◆ Research and Prospecting - Using AI-assisted tools to identify potential clients, competitors, and media opportunities
◆ Analytics and Reporting - Applying AI-powered tools to interpret social performance and audience behaviour
◆ Productivity and Organisation - Harnessing AI task management tools to stay impeccably organised across multiple projects
◆ Client Personalisation - Using AI to craft deeply personalised gifting recommendations and proposals at the scale luxury demands
What We Are Looking For
✦ An eye for beauty and an instinct for restraint
✦ Exceptional written English; Hindi or French is a welcome advantage
✦ Deep familiarity with how luxury brands communicate on Instagram and Pinterest
✦ Working knowledge of at least one AI tool used for creative, research, or productivity purposes, and genuine curiosity to explore more
✦ Poise and confidence in representing a brand in person, at events and with clients
✦ Obsessive attention to detail, the wrong font weight matters to you
✦ Self-direction and ownership; you identify the gap and propose the solution
✦ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Marketing, Communications, Design, Liberal Arts, or a related field
✦ Availability to attend events and brand activations in person when required
