𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes service. As a Luxury Lifestyle Servicing Manager, you’ll be the trusted go-to for a select group of our most valued members. You’ll understand their preferences, anticipate their needs, and deliver thoughtful, personalised solutions, often before they ask.
This role is for someone who understands luxury intuitively, values relationships over transactions, and takes pride in getting the details right every single time.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
• Be the primary point of contact for an exclusive portfolio of HNI & UHNI members.
• Curate personalised lifestyle experiences across travel, fine dining, high-end retail, events, and elite privileges.
• Unlock access to global members-only clubs and rare experiences through our trusted network.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with luxury hotels, restaurants, wellness centres, and premium brands.
• Work closely with internal travel, alliances, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Deliver consistently exceptional service, maintaining high member satisfaction and minimal escalations.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in every interaction.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
• Around 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or lifestyle management.
• A strong network and deep understanding of global luxury and lifestyle trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, a calm problem-solving approach, and a natural ability to build trust.
