Role:
Client Acquisition – B2C, Cochin
- Build a pipeline of HNI/UHNI prospects through direct outreach, referrals and your personal network
- Deliver powerful, consultative pitches that convey the value of RedBeryl’s ultra-curated lifestyle services
- Own the relationship till closure. No hand-holding required
- Structure win-win commercial models and joint propositions to acquire new HNI clients
- High-Energy, High-Reward Sales
- Maintain and grow a performance-focused funnel
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to feed insights into campaign strategy
- Earn without limits – this role comes with a lucrative, uncapped incentive structure. NO cap on incentives. Just performance.
Broad Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in luxury sales, private banking, family offices, hospitality, aviation sales, luxury real estate, or HNI client-facing sales roles
- Passionate, energetic, and fiercely self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident closer who thrives on targets, independence, and high-stakes relationships
- You believe luxury is not a product – it’s a deeply personal service
