Position: Luxury Fleet Manager – Executive Mobility

We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable professional to manage a premium fleet of luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of high-end luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.)
• Supervise and manage drivers, including rostering, grooming, discipline, and performance
• Ensure seamless coordination of vehicles for both official and personal requirements
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and statutory compliances
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and handle breakdown/emergency situations
• Coordinate with OEM service centers for servicing, repairs, and quality checks
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel, servicing history, and documentation
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition at all times (cleanliness, readiness, presentation)
• Manage vendor coordination for repairs, accessories, and related services
• Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and protocol standards

Candidate Profile:

• 5–10 years of experience managing luxury/premium car fleets
• Prior experience handling executive/ VIP mobility preferred
• Strong understanding of high-end vehicle maintenance and OEM coordination
• Experience in managing and supervising drivers
• High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible working hours based on operational needs
• Immediate joiners preferred
