Position: Luxury Fleet Manager – Executive Mobility
We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable professional to manage a premium fleet of luxury vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of high-end luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.)
- Supervise and manage drivers, including rostering, grooming, discipline, and performance
- Ensure seamless coordination of vehicles for both official and personal requirements
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and statutory compliances
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and handle breakdown/emergency situations
- Coordinate with OEM service centers for servicing, repairs, and quality checks
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel, servicing history, and documentation
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition at all times (cleanliness, readiness, presentation)
- Manage vendor coordination for repairs, accessories, and related services
- Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and protocol standards
Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of experience managing luxury/premium car fleets
- Prior experience handling executive/ VIP mobility preferred
- Strong understanding of high-end vehicle maintenance and OEM coordination
- Experience in managing and supervising drivers
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Flexible working hours based on operational needs
