Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Fashion & Design Ops Associate at D Kamdar & Co., located in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in operational management for the Founder’s Office, ensuring smooth execution of processes, and delivering exceptional client service. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, provide analytical insights to optimize operations, and support the delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions for luxury fashion and design projects. Managing timelines, resolving challenges, and overseeing communications will also be core aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations skills with experience in planning, organizing, and managing workflows to ensure business efficiency
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to liaise effectively with diverse teams and clients
- Advanced Analytical Skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and support data-informed decisions
- Customer Service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences and outcomes
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Previous exposure to luxury fashion, design, or similar industries is a plus
