About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Luxury Event Sales Manager to join a growing premium event management and décor business in Jammu.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with clients, understanding luxury event requirements, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. If you have experience in B2C sales, hospitality, weddings, luxury retail, or lifestyle services and thrive in a client-facing environment, this opportunity offers excellent earning potential and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for weddings, parties, and premium social events
- Handle client consultations, requirement discussions, and event inquiries
- Present décor concepts, customized event packages, and pricing solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high conversion rates
- Conduct venue visits, client meetings, and regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain CRM records, lead pipeline, and sales reports
- Develop referral networks and local business partnerships
- Upsell premium event services to maximize revenue
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent client relationship and sales closing abilities
- Understanding of customer behavior and luxury client servicing
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales or client relationship management
- Prior experience in events, weddings, hospitality, luxury retail, real estate, or lifestyle sales preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good understanding of the Jammu market is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
