Role Description
Tulua Diamonds is seeking a versatile candidate to join our boutique team. This role is a 360-degree immersion into luxury retail - from high-stakes client relations to digital storytelling. You will work directly with our leadership to learn the mechanics of a premium jewellery brand.
- Boutique Operations: Assist in daily high-end retail management and client hosting.
- Client Concierge: Manage outreach and follow-ups with HNI (High Net-Worth) clients.
- Partnership Support: Assist in creating high-impact presentations for brand partners.
- Event Execution: Participate in luxury exhibitions and customer engagement sessions.
- Catalogue & Content: Manage physical/digital product catalogues and actively contribute to social media activities (behind-the-scenes, Reels, and updates).
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A process-driven mind-set with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Powerpoint and Social Media tools.
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research to inform key business and branding decisions
- Organisational and operations management skills are an advantage
- Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and contribute to a dynamic environment
