Role Description
The Luxury Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide tailored product recommendations, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clientele. The Advisor will actively participate in retail sales, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury beauty products, and educate customers about skincare and self-care routines. Additionally, the role involves maintaining visual merchandising, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a premium shopping experience aligned with the brand's values.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care
- Proficiency in Product Knowledge, including luxury beauty products and their benefits
- Exceptional Customer Service and Retail Sales skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a retail environment and deliver a high-end shopping experience
- Experience in luxury or beauty-focused retail is preferred
- A passion for self-care, wellness, and sustainability
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals
