Senior Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager who is excellent in feature execution with a user-centric product mindset. We are looking for a team player, someone who is able to command the room. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lead product manager to break down product roadmaps into deliverable features
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Coordinate and participate in product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Break down complex problems into actionable steps, providing detailed plans and execution guidance.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for platform enhancement.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating product updates, challenges, and opportunities to ensure buy-in and alignment.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, iterate on features, and optimize the user experience.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong generalist background.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create step-by-step solutions for complex challenges.
• Background in project management, with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
