About The Role
We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- To work as a Business Analyst to gain in-depth understanding of business processes and define the use cases / user stories for applications.
- To develop highly available business reports, dashboards using excel/PowerBI/Tableau
- To report to the Platform owner and collaborate closely with business units and other IT teams
- Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse, perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area
- Execute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods
