LUX is looking for an energetic, passionate, and results-driven Jr. Experience Concierge to join our award-winning team. For over 30 years, LUX has been at the forefront of creating luxury events that go beyond catering. We facilitate the entire production, from design and florals to rentals and staging. We pride ourselves on flawless execution and personalized experiences that leave lasting impressions.
The Jr. Experience Concierge will play a key role in achieving revenue goals by supporting the sales team’s proposal development and independently managing a book of business. This role will report to the Director of Sales.
Requirements
- Build connections with clients to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Respond to inquiries from individuals, corporations, and associations for a variety of events with a focus on pop-up events and those requiring drop-off services.
- Provide assistance to the Director of Sales with proposal builds and special projects.
- Work closely with our design and production teams to understand client goals and deliver customized proposals.
- Obtain event contracts and retainer payments before handing off to the production teams, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Keep clients updated on deadlines and ensure timely payments, maintaining a structured approach to each event.
Qualifications:

A minimum of two years in a relevant professional role or an equivalent blend of education and experience within the events or related industry.

Strong proficiency with modern business software and tools. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail are a must.

A natural ability to create and maintain strong relationships in a team-oriented environment.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Skilled in calculating figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

Capable of defining challenges, gathering data, and making informed decisions.

Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
Additional Requirements:

Drive at least $350,000 in event sales annually.

Anticipate client needs, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight.

Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demands.
