High school diploma/GED plus CDA, FCCPC, CCP, or associate/bachelor's in child development or early childhood education; 2 years experience with Head Start or preschool; 45-hour Florida Child Care training, 10-hour DAP course, Safe Sleep/Shaken Baby, First Aid/CPR, Level II background screening, TB and drug screening; ability to lift 45 lbs.
