The Role

We’re seeking a skilled and strategic HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this customer-facing role, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding clients through their onboarding journey with HubSpot, ensuring successful activation of their marketing, sales, and service capabilities.

This role is equal parts technical implementation, strategic consulting, and relationship management. You’ll configure HubSpot to align with client needs, manage onboarding timelines, and act as an advocate for long-term customer success. This is a customer-facing role during 8:30am-5:30pm AEST.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate customer needs and strategically guide them through onboarding based on the HubSpot licenses they have purchased.
• Configure and implement HubSpot tools (Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) to meet specific client requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to ensure successful HubSpot usage.
• Manage onboarding projects from kickoff to graduation—scheduling calls, facilitating regular client updates, and maintaining alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain client records and communications within Lupo’s systems (ClickUp, Slack, HubSpot) while following internal processes and HubSpot onboarding guidelines.
• Understand and support clients’ broader strategic direction to ensure their success beyond the onboarding phase.
• Oversee onboarding schedules, set project milestones, and ensure timely graduation of clients.
• Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and challenges.
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships—demonstrating curiosity, empathy, and a clear understanding of their team, business, and marketing objectives.
• Deliver high-touch support and confidently challenge client decisions when it’s in their best interest.
• Stay current with HubSpot features and contribute to Lupo’s reputation for strategic excellence.

Who You Are

• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a digital agency or SaaS environment.
• Proven HubSpot onboarding experience, particularly across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Confident configuring assets within the HubSpot ecosystem: forms, workflows, sequences, pipelines, reporting, and more.
• Experienced in managing complex projects, with a keen ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills—you’re proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
• Capable of balancing strategic advice with hands-on technical execution.
• You care deeply about customer success, profitability, and always strive to exceed expectations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickUp, Figma, ChatGPT, or other AI tools used for ideation and automation.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing strategy, CRM migrations, or sales enablement projects.
• Strong awareness of marketing operations and data-driven decision-making.
