About the role
Job Description
- Preparations, area readiness and attending to various audits conducted by Internal & External Auditors.
- Receipt of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and consumables and ensuring transfer of received material to their respective storage locations within proposed timelines.
- Preparation of GRNs and TO confirmations.
- Dispensing of raw materials / packaging materials / consumable materials.
- Initiate discrepancy/vendor complaints for the discrepancies observed during receipt of material.
- To take follow ups with Purchase, QC and QA department, external vendors to resolve and discuss vendor complaints/discrepancies and PO related problems.
- Monitor engineering stores activities including receipt of materials, issuance of material, and preparation of gate passes and overall maintenance of stores.
- To maintain cGMP records as per SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
- To ensure the cleanliness of warehouse areas and equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs and to maintain records.
- Cleaning, Calibration and verification of weighing balances.
- To monitor the temperature, relative humidity and differential pressures.
- Operation and cleaning of pass box and de-dusting tunnels.
- To ensure the cleanliness and neatness in warehouse areas.
