• Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• Strong interest in research and development operations
• Basic understanding of laboratory environments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to rotating responsibilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
