We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team working at the cutting edge of AI and scientific discovery. You'll play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, powering our AI workflows, and helping accelerate breakthroughs in drug discovery and R&D.

What You’ll Work On

1. Structure, clean, and analyze scientific data from a variety of internal and external sources
2. Support AI-powered workflows that drive insights in drug R&D and related domains
3. Build dashboards, tools, and data pipelines to enable better decision-making across teams
4. Collaborate closely with ML engineers, domain scientists, and product teams

What We’re Looking For

1. 1+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles
2. Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and SQL
3. Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines, models, or dashboards
4. A strong analytical mindset and a love for digging into complex datasets
5. Bonus: Interest or experience in life sciences, healthcare, or biotech
