About the Role
We’re looking for a Bioinformatics Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data science and biology, with a strong grasp of genomics and an appreciation for the drug discovery lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with machine learning engineers, scientists, and product teams to analyze omics data, build tools, and shape how cutting-edge science gets translated into scalable software.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze genomics and other omics datasets from internal and client pipelines
2. Collaborate with ML and data teams to develop AI-powered tools for R&D use cases
3. Bring scientific rigor to product design, data modeling, and infrastructure choices
4. Help integrate domain knowledge into workflows that accelerate drug discovery

You’ll Thrive If You Have

1. Experience with genome analysis, transcriptomics, or omics data processing pipelines
2. Familiarity with tools like Nextflow, Snakemake, GATK, or similar bioinformatics stacks
3. Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of tech and biology
4. Exposure to the drug discovery pipeline, clinical trials, or translational research
5. A strong foundation in scripting/data tools (Python, R, shell, etc.) and working with large biological datasets
