About the Role
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who’s passionate about pushing the boundaries of what Large Language Models can do. If you’ve spent time building with LLMs—especially around Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration, and evaluation loops—we want to talk.

You’ll be joining a fast-moving team working at the intersection of research and production, with the freedom to innovate and the responsibility to make it real.

What You’ll Do

1. Build and scale LLM pipelines – including RAG architectures, agentic systems, and continuous evaluation loops
2. Collaborate with infra and research teams to bring LLM prototypes into production
3. Contribute to LLM tuning, fine-tuning strategies, prompt engineering, orchestration, and autonomous agent design
4. Evaluate and improve LLM performance through custom benchmarks, user feedback, and real-world usage
5. Stay on the frontier of LLM advancements and bring new capabilities into our stack

What We’re Looking For

1. 2+ years of experience in ML, with significant work on LLMs or generative AI systems
2. Deep understanding of RAG, vector stores, embedding models, and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
3. Strong Python skills, with experience building and scaling ML systems in production
4. Familiarity with LLM tuning (LoRA, PEFT, etc.) and open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
5. Bonus: exposure to agent frameworks, evaluation pipelines, or multi-agent architectures
