About the role
As our new Senior Product Manager, you'll work closely with our business and technology teams to define and drive the product strategy for Lunar. You'll be responsible for identifying market opportunities, prioritizing features, and ensuring we deliver a best-in-class product experience for our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Owning and driving the product roadmap for key features and functionalities
- Defining product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders
- Conducting user research and gathering customer insights
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success
- Identifying and mitigating product risks and issues
- Representing the product team and advocating for customer needs
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in the fintech or banking industry
- Strong product sense and understanding of user-centric design principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact products
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
