The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese speaker, fluent in English, and possess experience in customer support or social media management. This role requires approximately 2 hours per day and involves assisting customers in creating customized socks featuring their pets.
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries in Japanese, providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaboration opportunities.
- Enhance the overall wording and content on the website to ensure clarity and appeal to the Japanese market.
Requirements
- Native Japanese speaker with fluency in English.
- Experience with social media management, particularly on Instagram.
- Available for approximately 2 hours per day on a freelance basis.
