Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled team handler with expertise in typesetting to join our team at Lumina Datamatics. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of workflow management systems, CUP specifications, and quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Mandatory: Manage teams and projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Coordinate and track project progress, meeting schedules, and deadlines. Develop and implement effective workflow management systems. Maintain in-depth knowledge of CUP specifications and requirements. Supervise and manage teams, focusing on planning, allocation, and tracking. Familiarize yourself with online tracking systems and workflow management tools. Possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Preferred: Demonstrate experience in the Books division, specifically STEM/HSS books. Work effectively in full-service work environments. Showcase working experience with CUP/WK and similar systems. Qualifications Any graduate degree. Experience A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
