Our team in India works as an extension of the global team on projects of strategic importance. This role is on a Digital Transactions and Identity team in the lululemon technology organization. lululemon Engineering is dedicated to building secure, reliable, and performant products for our guests and partners. As Technology Manager, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business, engineering and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon's business goals. Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and analysts through empathy and people-centric approach Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working closely with technology leaders in North America and other partner teams. Ensure team's deliverables meet the security, quality and engineering maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and engineering Ensure that team is delivering as per the planned timelines by helping remove any blockers Manage the resource and delivery plans for the team. Ensure the right skills are being used to solve the right problems by supporting the team with coaching, skills development, and career path leadership Being a role model and lead awareness and training for your team in our IDEA program - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action.
