Technical Program Manager III

As a Technical Program Manager III, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex retail technology programs at lululemon India Tech Hub. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment, managing program risks and dependencies, and ensuring seamless delivery of strategic initiatives that deliver business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex retail technology programs, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment. - Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful and timely delivery of strategic initiatives. - Establish and maintain clear communication and reporting mechanisms to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. - Develop and maintain robust program plans, including milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. - Identify and resolve roadblocks, dependencies, and other impediments to ensure program execution. - Work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and execution of program objectives. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process optimization and innovation within the program delivery framework. - Mentor and coach team members to develop their program management skills and capabilities. Requirements: - 11-15 years of experience in program/project management, with a track record of leading the delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs. - Strong understanding of retail technology landscape, including e-commerce, omnichannel, and supply chain systems. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile transformations. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity. - Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation within program delivery. - Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
