Senior Manager-Technology Operations

We are looking for a Senior Manager-Technology Operations to join our India Tech Hub team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technology operations team to ensure seamless technology support, maintenance, and improvements to enable business success. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the operations of the technology infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure high availability and performance. - Lead a team of technology professionals to deliver exceptional IT services and support. - Develop and implement technology roadmaps, policies, and processes to drive operational excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related challenges. - Manage vendor relationships and oversee service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technology operations. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision making. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with a strong track record of leading technology teams. - Proficient in managing technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Strong project management and vendor management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to drive continuous improvements and implement best practices. - Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is preferred.
