Software Engineer

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to develop high-performing, well-tested, and thoughtfully architected software applications that satisfy internal business needs and enhance guest experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, tech leads, solution architects, and systems analysts—to design, build, and support robust technology solutions. As a key member of the Design & Development space within the Global Product Technology team, your work will directly impact pre-season and in-season technology solutions, driving in-store execution and merchandising compliance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with engineers, tech leads, and solution architects to manage end-to-end delivery and implementation of design solutions across diverse projects. Establish best practices in data engineering and ML engineering, adhering to strict coding standards and ensuring quality deliverables. Develop, test, and operate client-side and server-side applications using algorithms, data structures, and various programming paradigms. Build and extend applications in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring high availability, observability, and durability. Support production issues and optimize systems for peak-performance scaling. Translate end-user requirements into technical solutions by working with business and systems analysts. Partner with onsite and remote frontend, backend, and operations teams to deliver secure, resilient, and well-documented solutions. Apply DevOps practices including design for release configuration management and contribute to global integration projects. Mentor and lead fellow engineers by promoting quality engineering principles, robust design practices, and adherence to global coding standards.
