About the role
The Lufthansa Technik Graduate Management Trainee Program "StartTechnik" is a 24-month development program specially designed for university graduates. You will gain valuable insights into various areas of the company and take on challenging projects across different business units. Over the course of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a dynamic, international environment and develop your leadership potential. The IT / Digital program focuses on topics such as IT management, digitization, data analytics, and innovation. You will work on projects that drive the digital transformation of our company.
