Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development and team management Strong expertise in MERN stack, Python, and Azure Hands-on leader with coding skills, able to dive into code when needed Experience managing a 10+ member tech team Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Must have own laptop Responsibilities Technical Leadership Understand and document technical requirements Provide architectural and technical guidance Evaluate technical feasibility of product requirements Team & Project Management Allocate tasks and track progress in a 10-member team Ensure timely delivery and resolve technical challenges Maintain development standards Cross-functional Coordination Work with founders to align tech with business needs Collaborate with clients and customer success teams to enhance adoption Ensure solutions are scalable and feasible
