Job descriptionLucidity is looking for a self-starter, team player Technical Marketer with experience in Cloud, Cloud Storage. As an audience-aware marketer, this role requires the ability to engage and support a range of technical and non-technical audiences and develop differentiated, engaging content. The candidate should be flexible, enthusiastic, and capable of learning new products and technologies. The candidate should have the ability to set and meet deadlines, possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate good communication skills. Additionally, they should have experience in create demos, drive webinars, author whitepapers and solution guide s. Job ResponsibilitiesMessaging Uplift – Collaborate with product marketing and other stakeholders to uplevel key benefits and enhancing messaging for both technical and business decision-makers.Competitive Intelligence – Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensuring Lucidity’s differentiators are highlighted effectively across all resources and go-to-market (GTM) channels.Solution Launch / New Product Introduction (NPI) – Serve as the technical marketing subject matter expert (SME) to lead new solution launches and build alignment across cross-functional teams.Analyst Relations/Public Relations (AR/PR) Engagement – Support engagements with industry influencers and media, including AR/PR activities, to build a strong preference for Lucidity in the market.Demand Generation – Contribute to demand generation initiatives such as webinars, trade shows, and other marketing programs to drive customer interest and engagement.Technical Sales Enablement – Work closely with engineering and product management to identify real-world applications and scenarios. Communicate key technical differentiators effectively to support sales engineer (SE) enableme nt. Detailed Responsibilities IncludeCollaborate with Product Marketing to simplify complex technical information into messaging that appeals to both technical and non-technical audiences.Support product launches by creating technical resources, including blogs, data sheets, demos, and webinars.Ensure technical readiness across go-to-market (GTM) teams by collaborating with key stakeholders.Develop training resources for the sales team, such as FAQs and product battle cards.Conduct competitive analysis to produce materials that showcase Lucidity’s unique value and address potential objections.Act as a Lucidity ambassador through social media, analyst relations, public relations, and industry events.Foster a network of technical advocates for Lucidity among customers, communities, analysts, and internal t eams. QualificationsBachelor in computer science required. An MBA or other graduate degree is a plus.5 - 7 years of experience in technical product marketing in business-to-business markets. Prior experience in cloud is highly desired.Can hold your own in conversations with our Product teams as well as technical buyersAbility to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to a diverse audience - business decision makers, analysts, media, internal stake holdersExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel 25% of the time.
