Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting financial operations of the pharmaceutical business. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments. Maintain inventory accounting and coordinate with the store/production team. Work with internal and external auditors during audits. Monitor and manage cash flows, ledgers, and books of accounts. Ensure accurate documentation and filing of all financial records. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com). CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing accounts will be a strong advantage. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management abilities.
