About the role

The Pricing Business Analyst plays a critical role in managing global pricing activities for large global accounts and providing insights to drive profitability and growth for the organisation. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the global price lists for key customers, including implementing price adjustments. Develop and maintain pricing models to optimise pricing strategies and drive profitability. Support account teams in raw material and pricing discussions, providing analysis and scenario modelling. Assist the commercial teams with margin management activities to improve profitability. Leverage the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to develop customised pricing dashboards, reports, and workflows. Skills, qualifications, experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Pricing Analyst, preferably in a pricing or financial analysis role. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI & Excel Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly beneficial. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
