Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise to our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives through the effective use of technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design and implement technology solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements and design technology solutions to meet their business needs - Implement and configure technology solutions, including software, hardware, and infrastructure - Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring that their systems are functioning efficiently - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously enhance your technical skills Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting or IT services role - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++ - Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server or Oracle - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
