Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO ) Analyst

Responsibilities Identify opportunities to improve website experience and key conversion rates using analytics tools Adobe Analytics Contentsquare etc Provide reporting for analysis projects and AB test results Build visualizations dashboards and templates for optimization activities Provide insights and make goforward recommendations from completed AB tests Gather requirements for planned AB tests Identify opportunities for personalization across the digital experience Program and monitor ongoing AB tests and personalization activities High volume of written and verbal communication to internal stakeholders Help internal stakeholders answer business questions using digital tools Qualifications Proven experience with industryleading web analytics tools Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Experience with AB testingpersonalization tools is preferred Adobe Target Optimizely VWO etc Proficient written verbal communication skills Prior experience at a Fortune 500 company is preferred Base knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus Project management and organization skills is a plus
