Associate - Digital Experience & UX

We are looking for an Associate - Digital Experience & UX to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct research, and create high-quality designs that enhance the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs - Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to showcase design concepts - Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints - Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsive and accessible experiences - Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar - Hands-on experience in user research, interaction design, and visual design - Familiarity with design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies - Good understanding of front-end technologies and their impact on design implementation - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
