We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Business Systems Analyst Workday The primary area of focus will be Workday Application Management Core HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management You will leverage deep technical and functional process expertise to develop scalable technology solutions for our global workforceng

To be successful in this role we need someone who has

BEM degree in Information Systems or equivalent educational background

5 years of handson experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced technofunctional knowledge in the following areas Core HCM Absence Management Time Tracking Reporting EIBs and calculated fields Recent demonstrated experience working on global WD Absence projects is a must

Advanced working knowledge of business systems analysis tools and techniques High level and detailed requirements development fitgap analysis functional design testing etc

Excellent verbal written communication and influencing skills Comfortable with variety of stakeholders business and technical executives as well as endusers
