LT & HT Panel Sales Executive / Manager

Role Overview
Tejshri Renewable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced LT & HT Panel Sales Professional to drive business growth in electrical panel and power distribution solutions. The candidate will be responsible for sales of Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) panels, switchgear systems, and related electrical solutions across industrial, commercial, EPC, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of LT Panels, HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD Panels, Control Panels, and Bus Duct Systems.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across EPC, industrial, commercial, real estate, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for BOQ evaluation and customization.
- Participate in tendering, negotiation, and order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of LT & HT electrical panels and switchgear systems.
- Understanding of SLD, BOQ, technical specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Experience in B2B/project sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Technical Knowledge Required
- LT Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, Control Panels)
- HT Panels (VCB Panels, RMU, HT Switchgear)
- Transformers & Power Distribution Systems
- IEC / IS Standards
- Tender documentation & techno-commercial bidding
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- MBA in Marketing (added advantage)
Experience
12+ years in Electrical Panel / Switchgear / Power Equipment Sales
