Quality Assurance Sanitation Supervisor-Food Safety-SFO Hub

The Quality Assurance Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the sanitation program at the assigned Customer Service Center (CSC), ensuring full compliance with current Food Safety Standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in the implementation, inspection, monitoring, and verification of sanitation and food safety systems across the facility. The incumbent will ensure that sanitation staff possess the necessary competencies and skills to perform their duties effectively. They are accountable for verifying sanitation outcomes and taking timely corrective actions when needed to uphold sanitation and food safety standards. A key focus of this position is to foster and promote a strong Food Safety Culture by maintaining high sanitation standards and raising awareness among employees and leadership. Additionally, the Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous execution of preventive food safety control programs—including policies, SOPs, SSOPs, cleaning schedules, master sanitation schedules, and associated documentation.
