| The
Customer Service Rep is responsible of setting up flights, must
read/understand flight diagrams and truck loading procedures. Load/Unload trucks, meet selected flight
upon, arrival to cater/approach aircraft.
Supply flights as needed, Move vehicles, they perform Truck/vehicle
inspections. They check flights upon
departure for 100% accuracy, Interact with flight attendants and brief crews,
Handle flight attendant complaint and concerns, resolve problems. Must communicate any problems with flight
to dispatch, must provide feedback to operation to get to root cause. When needed “guide” flights in and out of
aircraft. Housekeeping – basic
functions as per department requirement and comply to all Customer Service
SOP’s. Must be able to work well with others under pressure. Must have a valid Driver’s License with a
clean DMV record (5 YEARS), must be a able to obtain a SIDA badge and clear
10 year background verification clearance to obtain a Customs Seal and Driver
Seal is required. Must have experience
of driving large delivery trucks, Must possess basic math skills, must be
able to apply safety standards, must be flexible to work in a 24/7
environment which includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift, push, pull, move
product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds in a safely
manner. Regularly stands, bends,
stoop, lifts, walk on un-even surface and moves intermittently during
shifts. Must be able to work at
heights. |
