The Food Safety & Quality Supervisor ensures all products manufactured in the Customer Service Center (CSC) meet or exceed regulatory, customer, and company standards for food safety and quality. This role is accountable for implementing, monitoring, verifying, and continuously improving the facility’s food safety and quality management systems.
This includes ownership of preventive controls, HACCP programs, prerequisite programs, sanitation, traceability, allergen management, and associated documentation.
A strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and plant-floor workflows is essential to successfully execute this role.
