KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of all mother sauces
- Experience in broiling, batch cooking, sautéing, poaching, baking, frying and blanching
- Ability to comprehend Menu specifications.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customer both internal and external.
- Prepping product for plating

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, FDA, HACCP & other regulations
- Follow recipes to exact specifications
- Prepare meals for Airline customers
- Prepare meals for employee cafeteria

QUALIFICATIONS; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Must be a team spirited individual.
- Should have good working knowledge of airline specifications.
- Must be flexible on days off and start time.
