The Good Feet Store in <strong>Pittsburgh, PA</strong> is seeking a motivated, performance-driven Store Manager who is eager to build a long-term career in sales and leadership.<br><br>

</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You'll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead all aspects of store operations, including performance, team morale, and daily execution </li>
<li>Drive sales and profitability by setting priorities and holding the team accountable to goals </li>
<li>Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets </li>
<li>Support store operations including systems processing, inventory management, and chargebacks </li>
<li>Conduct personalized, one‑on‑one consultations to uncover each customer’s pain points, lifestyle needs, and goals</li>
<li>Demonstrate and fit customers with the right arch support solutions to improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness </li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store </li>
<li>Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized customer records </li>
<li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business </li>
<li>Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions <br><br>
</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in retail/sales</li>
<li>1+ years of experience leading or managing a team</li>
<li>Proven customer service and relationship-building skills </li>
<li>Strong verbal & written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, think critically, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment </li>
