<strong>What You'll Do</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional store environment. </li>
<li>Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand each customer’s foot pain, lifestyle, and mobility needs. </li>
<li>Demonstrate and fit customers with appropriate arch supports and related products. </li>
<li>Educate customers on how proper arch support can improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness. </li>
<li>Guide customers through the personalized fitting process and recommend solutions that best meet their needs. </li>
<li>Achieve individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and consultative selling. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer records using the point-of-sale system. </li>
<li>Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. </li>
<li>Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise and displays. </li>
<li>Stay knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and company promotions. </li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive sales environment. </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Retail or sales experience preferred (consultative sales experience is a plus). </li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills. </li>
<li>Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with customers. </li>
<li>Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets. </li>
<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn. </li>
<li>Ability to assist customers with fittings. </li>
<li>Weekend and evening availability. Retail hours: Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM, Saturday 10 AM-5 PM and Sunday 11 AM-5 PM<strong>. </strong> </li>
