About the role

We're looking for a GoHighLevel expert to help us manage and customize client accounts, set up automations, and implement AI bots across multiple channels including Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, and voice. You'll be working inside our existing GHL platform, supporting our digital marketing agency and helping us scale efficiently. Responsibilities: Set up and manage client sub-accounts (snapshots, domains, integrations, custom branding, etc.). Build and optimize funnels, forms, calendars, and landing pages for lead generation and conversion. Set up and automate workflows for lead capture, nurturing, booking, onboarding, and follow-up. Implement and train AI bots for: Instagram DMs WhatsApp Website chat widgets Inbound Voice calls Create and manage SMS and email marketing campaigns with triggers and tags. Integrate Meta and Google Ads for tracking and lead attribution. Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing workflows and automations. Provide light documentation or training for internal team members. Requirements: Proven experience working with GoHighLevel, especially in an agency environment. Deep understanding of GHL's AI Bot Builder and chat/voice automation tools. Comfortable working with integrations (Zapier, webhooks, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Ability to think strategically while executing quickly and with attention to detail. Bonus: Experience in white-label setups, CRM migration, or HighLevel SaaS mode.
